This apartment comprises:
-1 equipped kitchenette,
-1 living room with sofa bed (140cm), access to terrace through bay window.
-1 Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (80cm).
-1 Bathroom with toilet.
-1 Terrace: covered and tiled, with garden furniture facing the lake.
Communal parking, bicycle storage.
Secure residence with swimming pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09).
END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: 100€ / Optional linen: see agency rates).
You will be asked to pay 25€/week for utilities between mid-October and mid-June inclusive.
A cleaning deposit of 100€ will be requested on arrival by bank transfer or cheque.
