In a privileged setting in the heart of the Biscarrosse golf course, this beautiful 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. The apartment, which is located in a vacation residence, includes a swimming pool and a collective paddling pool open during the summer period from April to September. There's also a boules pitch, bike storage and a children's playground. You're 700m from the lake on foot for boating or paddling, 6km from the ocean beaches for surfing lessons and 9km from the shops. Ideal for a weekend or more with family or friends.
The apartment is on the first floor of the residence, which comprises two bedrooms: the first with a bunk bed, the second with a double bed. A semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen. A living room with TV (Wifi at extra cost, poor 4G reception) and two sofa beds for three people. A bathroom with bath and a shower room with WC. Outside, a pleasant covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals, and unlimited parking in front of the residence. You can park your car and walk to the lake to relax, go paddling, have fun in the Aqua Park (Europe's largest inflatable water park) or visit the restaurants with your feet in the sand. You can also take your bike and discover our beautiful cycle paths. For the more sporty, pedal down to the ocean to admire the sunset.
