Ground floor apartment for 6 people on the first line of the beach Las Fuentes.
In the urbanization Fontana Real, in front of the beach, with a communal pool. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the marina, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours....
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and private access to the terrace and one with two single beds. In the living-dining room there is a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if adult).
It has a bathroom with shower, and a separate kitchen, with ceramic hob, fridge + freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee...
The terrace is very spacious and north facing, so it is a very cool and pleasant space throughout the day.
