Come and stay in this charming house with its refined, sought-after decor, which can accommodate up to 7 people. You'll appreciate the view over the fields and the peace and quiet.
Our gîte is only 5 minutes from the Nigloland theme park, close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, a few minutes from the Champagne vineyards and 15 minutes from the freeway. First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, appliances: Tassimo coffee machine + family coffeemaker + toaster + kettle. On the living room side, you'll find a spacious living room with TV, decorative fireplace, dining area and library. Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (bed 140x190) with dressing table + wardrobe, 1 double bedroom (bed 160x200) + closet + chest of drawers. Family bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (bed 140x190) + closet, 1 single bedroom (bed 90x190) + closet, separate wc with washbasin. Basement: laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying rack.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, charcoal barbecue (1 bag supplied), deckchairs in the shade of the large fir tree, ping-pong table, other games (molky, badminton).
The enclosed grounds provide parking for several vehicles, and you'll have access to the orchard for cherry and apple picking or a game of soccer.
