Property for exclusive use
Elegant villa with exclusive pool for 28 people, comprising 14 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, TV and safe. The external spaces feature a large fenced garden, 2 gazebos, barbecue, 5-a-side soccer pitch, basketball hoop, pingpong, elastic mat, loggia equipped for outdoor lunches and small lounge. The villa is also equipped with Internet connection, spa with hydromassage pool for 10 people, Turkish bath, emotional shower, sauna and relaxation zone. All villa rooms are air-conditioned. The apartments have air conditioning in the living room.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The exterior is characterized by a 4,000m2 garden, fully fenced and very well maintained, with numerous flowering plants, cypress trees and a lawn that will immerse you in the nature of the valley. The illuminated, rectangular swimming pool measures 10x5 with a depth of 1.40 meters and is located right in front of the house. Guests can also make use of two gazebos, 2 equipped loggias, a portable barbecue and comfortable sunbeds. The sunbeds are located poolside; the external shower, the two fully-equipped gazebos and the loggia with a small lounge will provide unique comfort throughout your vacation. An elastic mat and a basketball hoop complete the external spaces. The large covered terrace is ideal for lunches and dinners in case of bad weather, so that you can continue your stay in complete serenity. Parking inside the property.
Interiors
The villa comprises 3 blocks, one central and 2 lateral.
The central block (which sleeps 14) is accessed via an entrance on the first floor. Down a flight of stairs you'll find the living room with fireplace (Internet TV), a spacious dining room with direct access to the garden and equipped loggia, a well-equipped kitchen, SPA with panoramic view, Turkish bath, emotional shower, sauna, hydromassage pool for 10 people (must be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival), relaxation area, 2 service bathrooms. Also on the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden, and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads from the entrance to the second floor, which comprises 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Internet TV and safe. A luggage elevator is available.
Right wing
On the first floor we find an apartment with living/dining room with cooking area and portable air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.
An external staircase leads to a first-floor apartment with living/dining room with cooking area and air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.
Left wing
On the first floor there's an apartment with living room and portable air-conditioning, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
An external staircase leads to the second floor with a small apartment comprising a living/dining room with cooking area and air conditioning, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Location
The residence is located at the entrance to the village of Poppi, on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, electricity (excluding air conditioning), water and gas (excluding heating), 3 high chairs and 3 cots. Use of the SPA is payable on site (300 euros/day or 1000 euros/week). Dinners and domestic help available on request.
Important information
Swimming pool open from 01/05 to 30/09. SPA open from 8.00 a.m. to 24.00 a.m. (fee payable). SPA must be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival. A provincial road passes in front of the structure.
Activities and distances
The house is well positioned as a starting point for excursions to discover the gastronomy and typical products of the area, as well as all the small villages and monasteries of the Casentino region (La Verna and Camaldoli) and the entire Valdarno area. Arezzo, Florence and Siena can all be easily reached by car in around an hour.
Poppi 2 km away (stores of all kinds), Bibbiena 8 km, Arezzo 35 km, Florence 65 km.
