This gîte has been fully restored for your comfort, in keeping with the region's architectural heritage.
You'll discover a warm interior that combines our taste for old stones with modernity.
If you're looking for authenticity, nature and culture, the Perche region is renowned for its rolling countryside, and abounds in riches: manor houses, churches, horses, flea markets, local produce, hiking, golf ...️ (3 km).
The owners are experienced golfers and will provide you with the necessary equipment + advice free of charge! So don't hesitate When you arrive on site, you'll have access to parking spaces right in front of the gîte.
* On the first floor you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and pots and pans / a shower room with shower cubicle and toilet / a living room with fireplace (wood available), armchairs and games / a dining room / openings on the other side of the main facade give you access to the private garden (barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers for enjoying the peaceful countryside).
* A first staircase leads to a single bedroom with a 140cm bed.
* A second staircase leads to an en-suite bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room / A bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds.
