Property for exclusive use
285 m2 Tuscan mansion with exclusive pool capable of accommodating 8 people with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The outdoor areas feature a fenced garden, a covered loggia with an outdoor dining table and a stone barbecue. Outdoor areas and swimming pool
In front of the house there's a lovely fenced-in meadow inside which is a relaxation area with the swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters with a depth of 1.2 to 1.3 meters, external shower with hot water, a loggia with table equipped for outdoor breakfasts, stone barbecue and children's games. All external areas are well maintained and tended. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The property was completely restructured a few years ago, while retaining its original charm intact. The wooden beams of the roof have been preserved, in keeping with the characteristics of rural buildings of the past. All water and electrical installations are recent. The first floor opens onto a large, bright living room with satellite TV and fireplace, divided by an arch from the dining room, with direct access to the well-equipped cooking area, a small laundry room. The living room corridor leads to the 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, with 1 double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Location
Casale la Monta is located in the Chianti countryside, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves with relaxing views. Excellent peace and quiet, even if the house is not isolated; privacy, particularly suitable for lovers of relaxing, nature and sports vacations. Panoramic view of the countryside.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. On the floor below, with a separate entrance and no contact with guests, is an inhabited apartment.

Activities and distances
We're in the heart of the Chianti region, just a few kilometers from Greve in Chianti, with its many stores and weekly market in the main square. All the other villages, Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda, are within easy reach by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, and Siena can be reached via the Via Chiantigiana, which offers splendid views of the famous Chianti vineyards. San Gimignano is also within easy reach. There are many fine wine cellars on the farms, where you can taste some of Tuscany's finest wines.
