TIF is a studio apartment built in a wooden extension (adjoining the owners' house) located 50 m from the beach, shops and restaurants. It has private parking on the property and a completely independent entrance.
Ground floor: checkroom and shared laundry room.
First floor: bright living room with large bay window opening onto a 6 m² loggia overlooking the garden and offering a view of the ocean: fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room with comfortable sofa bed (2 twin 80x200 pull-out beds) and Japanese shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: cot/baby chair.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax.
Pets accepted (10€/night).
Entrance with proxy AND/OR in autonomy with key box.
Optional services to be paid on site and booked before arrival:
