Discover a magnificent new apartment with terrace just a few meters from Les Marquisats and Lake Annecy
Located at the entrance to the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes' walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In a new building, discover a tastefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 4, on the 1st floor with elevator.
The bedroom has a large double bed (140x200 cm) and plenty of storage space.
The living room features a 140x200 cm sofa bed and TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
️ Unless otherwise indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
️ The apartment has no private parking. Parking is available at the foot of the residence (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Marquisats or Hôtel de Police parking lots.
️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycle rental nearby (a superb bike path runs all the way around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
