In Capbreton, pleasant modern apartment on the first floor of a secure residence. You'll enjoy a living room opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture, and a functional open-plan kitchen. You'll also benefit from a classic coffeemaker. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with three single beds (90cm) and a bathroom. A private parking space is also available. Enjoy the peace and quiet just a stone's throw from the Océanides beach! Shops and beaches nearby! Please note condominium work from April to June! End-of-stay cleaning included in rental price.
