The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Vivès, this charming air-conditioned house with swimming pool and a panoramic sight on the mountains, of a surface of 300 m ² and being able to accomodate until 14 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 100 m², open fully equipped kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of about 1,260 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 100 m² with sofa, TV, Wifi, and a dining area to gather around a good meal.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A second living room of 36 m² with sofa and TV.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) with TV.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

The house is ideally located in Vivès, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from a supermarket at 5km (9 mins by car) from the house and the other shops are in Boulou at 7km (10 mins)

A beautiful lake with many water activities at 5 min. The sea at 25 min.
