We offer for rent a studio within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach of Los Locos! The area of the studio is 25 m2, it consists of a living room, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a toaster and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. Installed air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Supermarket Consum is 300 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 100 meters. The sea and the beach are only 150 meters from the house. Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
