Just 1 h from the Landes coast, in a rural and rejuvenating environment, lulled by the sound of the Adour river, you are immersed in a hilly setting. Welcome to Chalosse, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and indulge in the many activities on offer. You'll be able to walk or cycle several kilometers along the greenway, take part in the heritage trail, or admire the breathtaking view of the Adour from the village center... Outside the village, with all amenities less than a kilometer away, come and stay at the Fargate gite. This ground- and first-floor gîte, set in private, unfenced grounds, sleeps 8. A separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, a living room for meals, 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), a living room with balcony overlooking the countryside, sofa, armchairs, TV corner and library. A very bright bathroom on this floor, with bathtub and French window opening onto a small balcony. For moments of relaxation or sport, a 50 m² mezzanine with sloping ceilings features a table soccer table, a stepper and an exercise bike, as well as a 90 cm-wide bed. Garden furniture is at your disposal, as well as a barbecue and ping pong table. Linen is included. For babies, a cot, high chair and bathtub are available. Just 2km away, you can go to the cinema, and 200 m away, you can enjoy an escape game or take advantage of the Saucille leisure park with its swimming lake and children's games.
It's back to basics in this country that cultivates its traditions! And at the Fargate gîte you can gather your whole tribe, or your friends.
