Fermin Suite is a modern and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Old Town, between Fermin Kalbeton and Narrika streets, both known for their wide gastronomic offer. Despite its location in the Old Town this is quiet apartment thanks to the quality of its construction and insulation, just one step from La Concha Beach and the Centre of San Sebastián.
The apartment has been entirely remodelled in 2019 using first rate materials and furniture. It is perfect for a family or two couples that are planning to spend their holiday in quality apartment with all the comforts in the nerve centre of city. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 200m (PLEASE NOTE THAT CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE OLD TOWN)
