Cozy studio in the center of Rosas 300m from Playa de la Punta in Roses and 300m from shops (supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) and restaurants. The studio is located on the ground floor of the building in a quiet but central area. Capacity from 1 to 2 people.
The studio has :
* Double bed (150 cm).
* Living/ dining room with single sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels). Wi-Fi
* Equipped kitchen (fridge. microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster).
* Bathroom with shower.
Located in the area of La Riera de la Cuana, very close to the port of Roses 1,000m from Playa dels Palangrers. It is a good starting point to visit the beautiful area of the Costa Brava.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.Possible short stays depending on the season.
