A small corridor on the left leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and the beautiful bathroom with shower. A balcony allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea…
The sea and its sandy beaches can be reached over a small private path (no roads to cross to go to the beach...) whose entrance is inside the courtyard of the property and only a few meters away.
The numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached with a pleasant walk in a few minutes.
