Arcachon - Residential area of Les Abatilles (local shops 500 m away), studio cabin / Small T2 in the "La Vacancerie" residence, quietly located near Pereire beach (Arcachon's most beautiful beach, 1300 m away - 6 min by bike - 16 min on foot), Parc Mauresque (1000 m) and town center (1.4 km).
35 m² ground-floor apartment with private 15 m² wood terrace facing north-west and opening onto a green area:
Large living room opening onto terrace (140cm sofa bed, round table for 4) with open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker, fridge-freezer), small bedroom/cabin (2 bunk beds 90cm + closet), bathroom (shower, washbasin on cabinet and WC)
Linen not supplied, can be rented through agency, eg: 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 32€/week.
Optional cleaning package 60 €.
