On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant living room with sitting area and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), and a shower room (walk-in shower, basin, toilet). Upstairs: you'll find a twin room (2 beds 90x200), a double room (bed 160x200), a single room (bed 90x200 + crib + extra bed for 8th person with supplement) and a shower room (shower, basin, wc). On the mezzanine, you'll find an office/teleworking area with board games. The exterior is currently being landscaped (gates to come), but you'll find garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs, a parasol and a shelter for your bikes and sports equipment on the lawn. A gravelled courtyard is available for vehicles. Beds will be made on arrival, household linen will be provided (tea towels, tablecloths), end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity are included. 20 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, at the foot of the Vélovoie bicycle path running alongside the canal, come and stay in this beautifully decorated house, which can accommodate 7/8 people. All shops and amenities are just 5 minutes away: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station...
