This bright apartment comprises :
- a large, cosy living room with sofa bed, TV, desk for working, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains
- a fully-equipped kitchen: ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine
- mezzanine sleeping area with 140 cm bed
- an attractive bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer;
- separate toilet.
The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed on the mezzanine in the living room
- a sofa bed in the living room.
Travel in comfort thanks to facilities such as a TV, high-speed WiFi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine), bed linen and towels for 4 on arrival.

After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Getting around:
You're close to the Saint Bruno stop (Trams A and B).
You can explore the city and neighborhood on foot or by bike.
Parking is available around the building (at a charge during the day, except Sundays), as well as in nearby parking lots.

We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and solidarity cleaning).
️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 (incl. VAT) applies in both cases.
If you bring your pet with you, we will charge €12 (incl. VAT) per pet per day.
