Résidence "Les Paradores", quiet family residence, secure, with swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th), in the Pinède district, 1 km from La Roquille beach, shops and port, semi-detached villa (45 m2) with private parking, comprising:
First floor:
- entrance, living room and kitchen of over 20 m2 with table and chairs, sofa bed in 160, flat-screen TV.
In the fully-equipped kitchen:
dishwasher, electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee-maker and "L'or" coffee-maker (Nespresso compatible)

This accommodation is equipped with two ultrasonic mosquito repellent devices.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 105 euros.
Cleaning NOT done ("surprise" cleaning) or done incorrectly, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip on the agency's catamaran will be offered.
