Mar Holiday Home is a spacious apartment, ideal for families. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's just a 5-minute walk from the famous Playa de las Vistas in Los Cristianos. It has two independent terraces, offering hours of sunshine throughout the day. Located in a quiet residential complex, it has an excellent seawater swimming pool, heated during the winter months, and a solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is on the second floor. One of its two terraces, next to the living room and the first bedroom, overlooks the pool. The comfortable living room has a large flat-screen TV with national and international channels, NETFLIX and free WIFI. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, classic Italian coffee maker, electric juicer, fridge with separate freezer and dishwasher. The two full bathrooms feature a bidet; one also has a bathtub and the other a washing machine. The first bedroom has two single beds and a window overlooking the pool. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed and outside windows. They all have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, TV and safe. The bright third bedroom has direct access to the quiet second terrace, with beautiful afternoon and evening sunshine.
In the vicinity, there's a wide variety of restaurants offering all kinds of cuisine, both national and international, as well as supermarkets (Mercadona), shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, churches, cinemas, bars, cab and bus ranks and beaches... . The friendly, quiet beach of Las Vistas is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. No car required. The Golden Mile is just 700 meters away.
