In Capbreton, a prime location for this pleasant apartment on the ground floor of a residence, 2 minutes' walk from the Santocha beach.you'll enjoy a living room with a beautifully renovated open-plan kitchen (microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher), a modern shower room and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and TV, and 2 bunk beds in the living room. A private parking space completes the apartment. End-of-stay cleaning included in the booking price from late June to early September only, optional the rest of the year. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
