Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, pod coffee maker, toaster.... Sleeps: 2 x 140cm beds and 2 x 90cm beds. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue. Surface area: 70 m². NEARBY: supermarket, 1,000 m from the sea and town center. Bus station 1 km, SNCF train station 6 km, Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL: €500 rental deposit, €100 cleaning deposit and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Housework: €100.
