For family vacations, 90 m² town house for 5 people, close to beaches and town center. Elevated ground floor: entrance, living room, closed kitchen, WC. First floor: landing, 3 bedrooms, shower room. Large basement including garage, storeroom, laundry room (washing machine)... Kitchen fittings: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comforts: Flat-screen TV... Leisure facilities: Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeps: 1X140, 3X90 + crib. Courtyard with vehicle access on street side, garden at rear of house. Surface area: 90 m². Located 450m from the south beach and the town center, 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO PAY ON ARRIVAL: €600 rental deposit, €150 cleaning deposit and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Housework: €150. Pet 30 € per stay + deposit 100 €. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
