Location
Between the sea and ponds, in the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Nature Park, stands the old circular village of Gruissan, dominated by the medieval Barberousse tower.
In addition to the village's typical narrow streets, the commune of Gruissan invites you to discover its two marinas and, just two kilometers away, its pretty Blue Flag seaside resort. With its fine sandy beaches ideal for relaxation and water sports, Gruissan-Plage also boasts a picturesque neighborhood of 1,300 chalets on stilts...
In addition to its many summer events, every May Gruissan hosts the Festejades, a popular three-day festival featuring concerts, brass bands and batucadas.
