Discover our charming 60m² T3 apartment, located in the pedestrianized center of Grenoble.
The attic space was completely converted into an apartment at the end of 2022.

This T3 fully renovated and tastefully decorated in December 2022 by our team, on the 5th floor without elevator consists of:
- a very bright living room ,with sofa and TV,
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room,
- bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet,
- laundry area with washing machine.
The apartment has 2 sleeping areas:
- one bedroom with double bed
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds

Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including TV, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included)), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
The television is a Smart TV: you don't have the TV channels, but you do have all the streaming applications (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Nb: This guarantee system is authorized by all our booking platforms.

The apartment does not have a parking space. Parking is available in the municipal parking lots around the property, for which a charge is made during the day except on Sundays (museum and Maison du Tourisme).

The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and cleaning solidarity).
️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 (incl. VAT) applies in both cases.
