The house built in stones, whose origin goes back to the 14th century, was previously an old building which was enlarged in the 16th century and entirely restored in 2020.
Today it offers a capacity of 14 persons. Ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating family stay between lake and mountains...

On the ground floor :
- An entrance hall
- A dining room under a vaulted ceiling with a dining table with extension that can accommodate up to 16 people with direct access to the garden
- A spacious independent kitchen fully equipped with central kitchen furniture (induction cooker, oven, microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, glassware...) and direct access to the garden
- A friendly living room with connected TV
- The bar area, between living room and dining room, will ensure good times
- An independent toilet

On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom n°1 - Suite Le Semnoz : 2 single beds of 90x200cm with ensuite shower room with WC, cupboards and a balcony.
- Bedroom n°2 - Suite Lanfon : 1 queensize bed 160x200cm with storage cupboards, non functional fireplace and an access to the balcony shared with the room n°3, beautiful view on the mountains !
- Bedroom n°3 - Suite Lanfonnet : children's room with 3 single beds 80x190 with access to the balcony shared with room n°2,
- Shower room with WC, shared between room n°2 and n°3 with double access.

On the 2nd floor:

About Saint-Jorioz...

The village of Saint-Jorioz benefits from a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle track, it stretches out over the heights to the beginnings of the Bauges massif.

It is certainly because of this much appreciated situation that it is the most populated village on the shores of the lake benefiting from a good amount of sunshine but also from all the shops and useful services: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, caterers without forgetting the medical and para-medical professions in large numbers.

There are many activities on offer both in winter and summer: sailing, tennis, rollerblading, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, cycling..., but also a sports centre with balneotherapy with ultra-recent equipment....

In winter the ski resorts of La Clusaz du Grand-Bornand are 40mns away. The family resort of Le Semnoz is only 20mns away.

A village in perpetual change where it is obviously good to live and stay.

- Summer tobogganing from La Clusaz
- Adventure park in Talloires (15 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)

For the calmer ones, know that the immersive characteristic of snowshoeing will reveal to you a world of silence and nature, out of time, which is purely and simply inaccessible to a skier. In short, the ideal atmosphere to capture your best shots of Nordic landscapes.
Ski touring, Cross-country skiing, a good compromise between skiing and hiking, Sledding, Contemplative walking. A Nordic area in the heart of nature!
