The flat, built in 2015, is in immaculate condition and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on an area of 110m2 GFA.
The apartment in house Bella Coppia has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the lower floor. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed (180cm and 140cm wide), the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (90cm and 200cm long each). On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with bathtub, toilet & washbasin with natural light. On the top floor of the flat is the spacious living and dining area. The open kitchen by Bulthaup, a very high quality designer brand, leaves nothing to be desired and meets the highest standards. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, steamer and even a wine fridge. The living room is spacious and the high ceilings create a unique feeling of space. In front of the open kitchen with kitchen island is the dining table.
