How to make a reservation?
After selecting your ad on our site, you can make a pre-reservation directly online or by phone at 0 820 900 406 (0.112 € incl. VAT / min).
If you pay the 1st deposit (30% of the amount) by credit card, your pre-reservation will be processed immediately. If you choose to pay by holiday vouchers or bank transfer, we will send you a stay proposal by email. Your pre-reservation will be processed upon receipt of your means of payment. This means that we do not set an option.

Is my reservation confirmed?
The rental is confirmed after receipt of the 1st deposit AND after verification of its availability by our holiday advisors. We will then send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email with the rental contract attached.
In the event that the desired rental is no longer available, other holiday proposals will be presented to you (subject to availability). If none of these proposals satisfy you, we will proceed to refund/cancel the bank imprint.
After receipt of your balance and your signed rental contract, the entry voucher will be sent to you by email. The balance must be paid no later than 35 days before your departure. For any reservation made less than 35 days before departure, you will be asked to pay the entire rental by credit card when booking.

When will I receive my travel documents?
Information regarding your arrival on site is sent to you between 35 and 25 days before your stay. They will allow you to contact the contact person on site in order to organize your stay (arrival, etc.).

What does the cancellation insurance offered by Locasun cover?
The cancellation insurance offered when you book covers you for reasons of cancellation such as: cancellation or modification of paid leave by the employer, death, illness. This insurance also covers you for COVID-19, individually as a serious illness or in the event of a lack of vaccination against it.

What is the flexible cancellation on some offers on the site?
On some ads, the word "flexible cancellation" is present. This means that by booking this accommodation, you can cancel free of charge and without fees up to 21 days before the arrival date of your stay.
LOCASUN will however keep the amount paid for the administration fees, as well as the options and insurance if they have been subscribed.

What is the moderate cancellation on some offers on the site?
On some ads, the word "moderate cancellation" is present. This means that by booking this accommodation, you can cancel free of charge and without fees up to 31 days before the arrival date of your stay.
LOCASUN will however keep the amount paid for the administration fees, as well as the options and insurance if they have been subscribed.

What are the payment methods offered on Locasun?
Online by:

- Paypal
- Bank transfer*: you can consult our RIB by clicking here.
Don't forget to indicate your file number in the reason for the transfer. This is indicated in the order summary email that you will receive.

By mail (Locasun - Reservation Service, 24 rue des Jeûneurs 75002 PARIS):

Tip: Make your payment by credit card in advance and send us your checks or holiday vouchers. Upon receipt of these, we will immediately re-credit your credit card.

*We remind you that the reservation will be processed upon receipt of payment and subject to availability of the accommodation.

Locasun does not accept VACAF, e-holiday vouchers, cash or American Express cards.

I have a credit, how do I use it?
1. Go to Locasun.fr or Locasun-vp.fr.
2. Log in to your holidaymaker account
3. Find the rental of your dreams among our 140,000 listings and our private sales
4. Book: the credit will be automatically deducted from the amount of the stay
Note:
- If the amount of your credit is less than or equal to the total amount of the new reservation, then it will be fully deducted, you will only have to pay the remaining balance if there is any;
- If the amount of your credit is greater than the total amount of the new reservation, then the credit covers the total amount of this new reservation. The remaining amount of the credit will still be available on your account for another reservation.
