Enjoy, for example, the beauty of the Alps, by taking the GR5 or Via Alpina on foot, and by bike or mountain bike, the route of the Grandes Alpes and the Chemins du Soleil. They will allow you to pace the national park of the Mercantour and the natural park of the Prealps of Azure. Follow the Routes of the Beautiful Escapes which will lead you from the Tinée Valley to that of the Roya-Bévéra, from Ventimiglia to Tende or on the Route des Bréa. Along the way, stop off in the Bistrots de Pays to taste the flavors of the south : fougasses, soup with pistou, salad niçoise, ratatouille, tomme du Champsaur, honey from Provence...
