Pearl of the Trégor between Tréguier and Paimpol, Lézardrieux is located north of the Côtes-d'Armor. Nestling along the Trieux estuary, a short distance from the English Channel, this nature destination known for its suspension bridge has all the features of the small Breton villages that we love so much.

Facing the island of Bréhat, the peninsula of Lézardrieux has everything to please. An authentic destination on the Breton coastline, it offers its visitors a small concentration of all that is best in the region: a marked culture, gourmet gastronomy, a jagged coastline inviting to hiking and breathtaking panoramas. To start your visit, nothing better than a short stroll in the heart of the village. You will discover its town hall, as well as its imposing church recognizable by its elegant bell tower; all around the church, rows and rows of small houses typical of the area will allow you to discover one of the local treasures, pink granite. After strolling through the town, and taking its famous suspension bridge over the Trieux, head for the port of Lézardrieux. There you will see the Triagoz lighthouse, recognizable by its sculpted "head", and numerous rows of moored boats, pretty sailing boats and pleasure craft whose poetic clatter will rock your strolls. History even says that this is where Brassens moored his boat, the faithful "Les Copains d'abord". A deep-water port accessible at all hours of the day and night, it has a large stretch of water and numerous infrastructures, which will allow water sports enthusiasts to practice fishing, sailing, and a whole host of sensational sports such as kitesurfing or paddle.

From the port, many hiking trails await you, including the loop of Kermouster, those of Trieux or Kermaria, which will give you on foot, on horseback or by bike, the opportunity to discover all the singularity of the landscapes between sea and nature that this pretty little Breton town has to offer. Lézardrieux is also crossed by the GR34 paths that run along the entire Brittany coast, allowing long-distance hikers to discover the steep relief and the dreamy panoramas that this corner of the Côtes-d'Armor hides. Impossible not to stop off at the Ile à Bois: off the coast of the hamlet of Kermouster, attached to Lézardrieux, this small island with its beautifully flowered houses offers incredible views of the Goëlo coast, the tip of the Arcouest and the Bréhat archipelago just next door. Ah, it's worth the detour too, this legendary island of Bréhat! Famous for its jagged landscapes, its turquoise water and its houses beautifully decorated with agapanthus and multicoloured hydrangeas, it is a real little paradise for hiking, which you can discover by boarding a shuttle from the nearby town of Ploubazlanec. Curiosity of the Pink Granite Coast, the Sillon de Talbert will be a huge open-air playground for nature lovers, tranquility and island panoramas. A small point made of pebbles and sand, 3.2 kilometres long, it offers its walkers magnificent views of the sea. Finally for swimming, the beach of Roc'h Hir on the commune of Ploubazlanec at the end of the Trieux estuary will be perfect for the whole family. With its nautical centre, its turquoise water and its dreamy panoramas, it is one of the pearls of the Côtes-d'Armor, not to be missed!
