It is on the tip of the Médoc, just between Montalivet and Soulac-sur-Mer, that the small seaside resort of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital is located. Housed in the middle of a thick pine forest of more than 2800 hectares, a perfect Eden for hikers and mountain bikers who will find a wide range of cycling and walking routes, the commune of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital benefits from a wide, wide coastline, bordered by more than 7 kilometres of fine sandy beaches, ab-so-lu-ment par-fact to enjoy the various pleasures of seaside holidays. The sea is at the centre of everything here, and especially of the gastronomy; to discover all its secrets, head to one of the small restaurants in the town, to introduce you to the local flavours, rather iodised. Sunday sports enthusiasts and adrenaline addicts will be able to take advantage of a wide range of activities in the resort and on the seaside: its golf practice will allow you to perfect your swing, while the thalassotherapy centre will offer you a relaxing break that is 100% well-being.
