You will also be seduced by the archipelago of the Finocchiarola islands, a nature reserve that is home to many seabirds : Audouin gulls, crested cormorants...

Then, discover the beautiful cities of Haute-Corse. Enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere of Bastia, founded by the Genoese in the 14th century. As you stroll through the city, you will be able to admire a rich architectural and religious heritage such as the old port, the citadel, the ramparts, the Place Saint-Nicolas and the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church. Visit also Corte, former capital of Corsica, for its citadel perched on a promontory, its beautiful church of the Annunciation and its National Palace which hosts the museum of Corsica. Then go to Calvi, the Genoese, for the beautiful citadel that overlooks it but also its narrow cobbled streets, ramparts and salt tower.
