Discover Bonneval-sur-Arc which is one of the most beautiful villages in France, Bessans for its Saint-Antoine chapel and its picturesque hamlets, Val Cenis for its superb lake and its many villages : Lanslebourg Mont Cenis, Lanslevillard, Termignon. But also enjoy the Aussois resort where the famous Esseillon barrier is located, which includes five impressive fortifications.
During the winter season, the Haute-Maurienne Vanoise is transformed into a vast playground for all snow sports lovers. For downhill skiing, visit the Bonneval-sur-Arc ski area (25 km of slopes and 1250 m of altitude difference) or the Val Cenis ski area (125 km of slopes and 1500 m of altitude difference) which also has areas reserved for new snow sports : snowtubing, snowkite, snakeglisse, yooner... For Nordic skiing, take advantage of the fabulous Bessans ski area which invites you on its 133 km of slopes, its 4 pedestrian and snowshoe trails and its pulka piste. You can also learn biathlon in its superb international stadium.
In summer, only the peaks of the Haute-Maurienne Vanoise retain their white crown and the greenery of the alpine pastures encourages new activities. On foot, discover the Vanoise Park and its legendary valleys on the many paths that criss-cross them. Take for example the path that leads to the village of l'Écot or that of Fort de la Turra which offers an incredible view of Lake Mont Cenis. By mountain bike, train in the Bike Park of Val Cenis Lanslevillard or start on the many circuits of the domain (la Ramasse, les Tannes, les Sarazins...). But also take advantage of your stay to experience new sensations: climbing, via ferrata, paddle, air-boat, canyoning, paragliding, ULM...
