Built in place of an ancient Roman tower, it is reputed to have hosted Blanche de Castille and Saint-Louis. The site, more than 2000 years old, is poorly maintained: here, nature has regained its rights around the meanders of Benovia and vegetation abounds, finally invading the building in a poetic way. If it is not officially visited, this spot is well known to "urbex" amateur photographers, who will not fail to return from their holidays with a few shots of the building.

As for activities, Boisseron will delight climbing and via ferrata fans. Hikers will be able to take advantage of several walking trails as well as cyclists who will find in the village a few well-arranged circuits to allow them a perfect discovery of the place. Along the Virdoule River, you can also come across small pebble beaches, perfect for swimming in the shade of the vegetation that abounds along the banks of the river.
