Guyana:

Cayenne, the must see, is known for its prison, but also for its market, a real olfactory and gustatory journey on its own. Dragon fruit, plantain banana, Kythera plum, you will find a wide choice of local fruits and vegetables to taste absolutely. On the adventure side, we will be tempted by a canoe trip to the magnificent Kaw marshes, the ideal place to observe caimans, piranhas, herons, lizards, turtles, anacondas and other island birds.
