Near the latter is the church of the "Virgin of Patience", beautifully decorated with tiles dating from the eighteenth century. A little further on is one of the most symbolic monuments of the municipality : the Torre del Rey. This medieval fortress, built facing the sea, stands not far from the lighthouse of Oropesa, faithful guide of fishermen and navigators who furrow in the bay.

Walk or cycle along the beach, the mountains, the almond trees and the orange trees of the province of Castellón. In all, 9 marked itineraries cross the natural spaces of Oropesa, from the clearest path like the "R5" along the seafront, to the steepest like the "R3" : more than 6 kilometres long, it progresses through rocks and cliffs facing the sea. From high points of view, you will be able to contemplate incredible panoramas overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean, the coves below and the archipelago of the Columbretes islands.
