Birdwatching is one of the most popular activities in L'Ampolla, which is home to a very, very large number of species from all over the world due to its privileged location at the heart of a vast migration corridor. Reed harriers, flamingos, water hens, star bitterns and other colourful kingfishers will amaze young and old alike.

To discover the town on the sea side, L'Ampolla has a wide network of marked paths (including the GR92 in particular) which will allow you to discover all the beauty of the coast and the coastline thanks to old patrol paths on the edge of cliffs. Ah, the cliffs of L'Ampolla... Red and steep, they can be discovered by land, but they are even better revealed from the sea. You can also observe them from the many beaches and coves that dot the coastline, perfect for sunbathing and water sports.
