Hello, First of all, I would like to thank you for the warm welcome and kindness of the staff at your residence. We appreciated the tranquility of the premises, which greatly contributed to making our stay more pleasant. However, I must unfortunately point out several aspects that made our experience less positive. The housekeeping left much to be desired: we found cobwebs on the ceiling and throughout the residence, as well as dust under the furniture. In addition, we found inappropriate marks in the toilets, particularly on the wall and radiator, which is unacceptable. Another important point concerns the armchair, which was in such poor condition that it was impossible to sleep on it. This situation forced me to sleep on the floor for the duration of my stay, which is far from ideal. - Entrance: The door was very difficult to manipulate because the frame was twisted. Spiders! - Bathroom: Bathtub too high. Bottom of toilet brown. Dirty VMC grate. Spiders. Mold around bathtub! - Living room/kitchen: No smoke detector, even though support is in place on ceiling? Spiders. Sofa-bed defective, uncomfortable, no pillows, blanket/quilt. Microwave oven installed too high. Dishware mismatched and of very poor quality. Cooking stove at the end of its life! - Bedroom: mattress too hard and protective cover broken. Wrong information about bed size, so our sheets were too small. Spiders. - Balcony: Very dirty, as were the table and armchairs. No privacy from neighbors! - General condition of the apartment: Dirty, would benefit from a good cleaning and refurbishment as the paintwork is peeling! - General condition of the residence: DIRTY, deserves a good cleaning and refurbishment... - My children and I didn't dare go swimming after seeing all this!

Bright, clean and well arranged apartment; the terrace is large and nice (but spider webs outside are superfluous). Also, such a ridiculously small refrigerator is not suitable for 5 people, nor is a 20cm frying pan. On the other hand a very warm welcome, very friendly and reactive team. Congratulations! The service of the retired guide is excellent, the swimming pool is ideally maintained! A big thank you to all these people who allowed us to live a very pleasant stay.
