Very poorly insulated residence, you can hear the upstairs neighbor's toilet flush! Apartment for 4 people and 1 salad bowl, crockery and cutlery: the bare minimum. Very well located residence overlooking the whole bay of St-Florent and the town with a magnificent view. The garden and pool are very well maintained.
