Very nice apartment, very spacious and very well located. However it lacks crockery, the cupboards are not very practical because not enough shelves that closets but not enough coat rack (we had to buy) no trash cans in the bathrooms (we also bought that we leave you on site) there is no reception on site arrival and departure is only on wattapps (not very practical for questions) be careful not to forget the laptop because we no longer return. We had a pleasant stay, but the fact that we no longer have a badge to open the gate near the parking spaces is very annoying, especially when we have small children and have to make a long detour when the gate used to allow direct access. The sofa in the living room is more and more demolished and hurts our backs a lot compared to previous years, and the bedding in the children's room isn't very good either, as the mattress springs are dead.Lire la suite

A little disappointed compared to our September 2022 rental, 3-bedroom apartment in the same residence. Poor cleaning, hair in the bathroom, sofa in poor condition (broken seat) and bedding to be changed. Quieter apartment as it does not overlook the shopping street.Lire la suite

Very pleasant stay despite a few inconveniences on arrival. Difficulty in identifying the right staircase, hence our inability to unlock access to the apartment, with a WhatsApp service that lacked responsiveness with robotized responses, but we were able to count on the help of the building's residents. Many thanks to them. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about in terms of the environment, where we have everything on site. In terms of comfort, the sofa really needs changing. It's uncomfortable and the oven didn't work even though it looked new...too bad! The nights were quiet in this month of May, apart from a few barking dogs in the building.Lire la suite

Bonjour, nous avons été surpris sur cette réservation à rosas car nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté ,surpris de la façon de réservation du fonctionnement sur whatsapp .réglement de la taxe de séjour ,ouverture des portes avec un lien sur le téléphone . Close to the beach, a major asset. Spacious, pleasant accommodation, bedding to be revised, shower hose to be repaired. A little difficult to find the entrance of the building...do not forget the charged cell phone because without it, no access codes, you are outside! Badly soundproofed...but, we can't have everything, the sea and its pleasures and the neck plus ultra. The agency on the spot brings a plus by its communication. Thank you Cristina. Key system on smartphone surprising but practical (but it is necessary to have a smartphone, there are still some "recalcitrant"... or people who do not know how to use it...). It would be necessary nevertheless to warn of the address of the parking lot because that noted on the documents (av rhodia) does not correspond to that for the Drugstore building... Residence above a restaurant, closed during our stay but to know because it must be noisy in high season, especially since the apartments are not really soundproof. Comfortable, spacious apartment, 2' from the beach of the bay of Rosas and its large promenade. Lots of walks to do all around, beautiful coves. Accommodations very good the only problem not enough cutlery and stemware. We are forced to run the dishwasher incomplete or wash the cutlery by hand. This is not logical when the rental has a dishwasher and not economical on water consumption.Lire la suite

Arrived on the spot, a real headache to reach the accommodation. Once in the housing a thorough cleaning was necessary the housing was very dirty. The common parts of a lamentable dirt

Perfect stay ! Everything nearby: beaches, restaurants, shops ... We had a slight problem with the fridge at the beginning of our stay but otherwise the accommodation was perfect

The accommodation is very well located near the beach. The equipment ? VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE BEDDING, CHANGE THE MATTRESS! As well as the sofa bed, UNFORTABLE

As usual, we were not disappointed with the accommodation, except for the old sofa, otherwise it was fine. The new door opening system is very practical, no need to go and get the keys at the other end of town which saves some time. Only remark on this system, it lacks the card to open the gate on the garage side, which forces to go around the building while we are only 10 meters from the entrance. Pleasant stay.Lire la suite
