The apartment was in an average state of cleanliness, certainly vacuumed, but one notices the accumulation of use of the apartment for a long time without having done a thorough cleaning with dirt clogged in the radiators, in the baseboards and corners, and the shower curtains not quite white. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen accessories, but there is only one grounded socket, so remember to bring a power strip. The ski locker is not very practical, very narrow and without benches to put your boots on. The really positive thing is the apartment's location: you can arrive on skis and leave skiing.
