    we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the house. the bottoms of the sliding doors were full of junk, dust on all the furniture. the shower cubicle windows had probably not been cleaned for a long time, we did them ourselves. the exteriors are not maintained, no lawns mowed and the terraces mas better. we came in 2019 and it was much cleaner. we still had a good stay.

    Hello, our first apartment didn't have a usable terrace. It was dirty, hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, lots of cobwebs in the bedroom, not enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. We asked for a change of apartment and it was accepted. We ended our stay in a bright apartment with a walkable terrace, much more crockery and fewer cobwebs. Thanks to the team for their attentiveness

    When I booked, it said that the sea was less than a kilometer away, which was not the case at all. This was my main criterion for my search, so it's quite simply misleading advertising and it's a great pity I trusted it by not checking the map! A highlight was the warm welcome from the staff, despite the obvious lack of personnel. The vegetation outside is not regularly maintained (you have to move the vegetation to get to the pool and your accommodation), the same goes for the petanque court, the gym is pretty good, the ping pong table is good but you have to remember to bring your rackets (not mentioned when you book), as for the cleanliness of the accommodation, I had read quite a few negative and positive comments and unfortunately I can confirm that the cleanliness was not up to scratch (the fridge was not cleaned at all, the bathtub was dirty, the joints yellowed and the floor very average), the cleaning materials were broken and there was a lack of cooking utensils as well as being quite dirty.

    It's a shame that cleaning is not included. It would even be a good thing, so that the next tenant would be satisfied with it. We found the accommodation great for 6 people, but the cleanliness wasn't great. We'd do it again, especially for the quality and price. Sincerely

    Well located accommodation: very close to a hypermarket and to the 2 lanes allowing quick access to the main tourist routes. The swimming pool is open until 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays; It's a pity that we didn't think of a parking space for each apartment at the foot of the residences...deD

    Very pleasant staff, very good reception. We asked for a change of apartment after a first night spent in an apartment under the roof with unbearable heat and the person at the reception was very efficient and understanding. 2nd apartment well located and more pleasant, much less hot. On the other hand, the apartments could use some renovation (dirty paint, aging click-clack, few dishes). Tv is expensive for 2 weeks. Limited cleanliness (lots of cobwebs, dirty baseboards). Residence hosting underprivileged families (caf vacations or other?) and sometimes not very respectful especially at the pool! As a result, we did not enjoy the pool very much. It is the 3rd or 4th time we come to this residence but we notice a decrease in quality. It's a pity because the environment is calm and this type of residence could be qualitative.

    Apartment in itself nice but the equipment of the kitchen is really minimalist (very few cutlery, sink really cramped, no toaster, no LV,). On the other hand, the WIFI access is absolutely non-existent, no connection possible during our stay of 1 week and even by taking the premium the result is the same.... Very pleasant staff at the reception. The cleanliness of the common areas (elevator, corridors .....) leaves something to be desired.

    Good stay despite the deterioration of the state of the studio, patches of plaster everywhere on the walls not to mention rust on 2cm at the bottom of the bathroom door jamb. No cleaning in the corridors or elevator it is not normal to neglect the maintenance at this point.     THE FLOORS IN THE APARTMENT HAD ONLY BEEN CLEANED SUPERFICIALLY. THE DISHES WERE MINIMAL, THE POTS AND PANS WERE DIRTY AND DAMAGED, THERE WAS NO DOCUMENT INDICATING THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL IN THE CUPBOARDS, AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE MATTRESS COVERS WERE STAINED, WHICH WE POINTED OUT WHEN WE ARRIVED, AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS AND WOULD CHANGE THEM SHORTLY. THE HOT PLATE ABOVE THE FRIDGE IS NOT GREAT AND THE EXTRACTOR HOOD IS UNDERNEATH A CUPBOARD CONTAINING THE DISHES. THE SMELL OF GREASE WHEN OPENING THE CUPBOARD DOORS! NO CLEANING OF THE CORRIDORS.
