Regarding the accommodation, it would be useful to specify for 6 adults and two children. We were 8 seniors and 2 of us slept in a room with bunk beds. We're not old enough for that. If this had been specified we would not have rented this house.

After calling on the road to warn of my late arrival, I asked to be sure of the cleanliness of the accommodation following the reviews seen on google. I was assured that it was clean. However, when I arrived I noticed an impressive musty smell and a really dirty apartment. A feeling of being uninhabited for a very long time...except for the spiders. Having to kill over 40 spiders and clean up webs in every room clearly shocked me...not to mention the floor...and not even a broom. As the reception was closed the next day, we started our vacation by buying a broom and cleaning products, and by doing some housework! In short, unacceptable! It's a shame, because the place could be really nice. Of course, there were no commercial gestures or sincere apologies. When I left, I wasn't the only one unhappy.

Very nice week at the Résidence des Fontenelles, spacious accommodation, well-equipped. Nice pool area, daily maintenance. Visits nearby: Château and village of Apremont (good bakery), moulin de St Révérend (treasure hunt for children), bourrine du Bois Juquaud (interesting guided tour of the house and life of the market gardeners), St Gilles croix de vie (good moules/frites restaurant with a nice terrace near the church in Croix de vie?), we'll be back in this beautiful region.

Despite a pleasant setting, no Data network accessible from the accommodation, no wifi at reception..... impossible to organize the activities of our stay without going to the end of the garden; not easy when it's raining. No commercial gesture from reception to offer TV in these conditions....No restaurant at the center, nor laundry facilities on site. The golf restaurant is not as good as a McDonald's. Nice house on the edge of the golf course, nice pool. Hello, our accommodation was not very clean, cobwebs, glass door full of traces, dust on the floor. No clothesline for a family of 5 people, it's a bit limited or impossible, we had to go and ask for one at the reception, which we got during the day. No sunshade : lunch in the sun ! One of the two deckchairs split in the middle was unusable and was never replaced in spite of our request, so 1 stay for 5 people with only 1 deckchair. We rented sheets and towels which we had to bring back ourselves to the reception # not very pleasant. No WiFi in the house, very bad when we have research to do during the week. Restaurant closed. PS the residence is still a nice place but in my opinion a little badly managed it could be at the top.
