It's a shame we didn't have clean accommodation. We made it cleaner than we got it mold in the fridge, dust everywhere It's really a pity not to have a network, even if it's only our own (jammer??) Of course we're on vacation, but even if we had to call, we'd have to leave the site or pay to have a network (and it's not cheap). it's a shame because it doesn't make you want to go back there.Lire la suite

The mobile home was fine, quite large and clean. On the other hand, there was no outside maintenance: neglected terrace, untrimmed shrubs, weeds everywhere. The beach is quite far on foot and there are no shops near the campsite. No entertainment outside the summer season.Lire la suite

We had a pleasant stay. However, there was no entertainment in the off-season. I find a few accessories missing: toaster / bowl / TV too small / plancha too close to vegetation (dangerous). Disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation. We were asked to pay 70 € on arrival for a cleaning service provided by the campsite and we arrived with a dirty mobile home (sand on the mattress, sewing needle in the children's bedroom, etc.). This is absolutely not normal.Lire la suite

The location is very nice and the Deluxe chalet is very comfortable. However, if the cleaning is charged, the cleanliness must be there, which is not the case. It's much cleaner when guests do the cleaning themselves, so the €70 charge is unjustified. The entertainment needs to be improved, even if the team is nice. A top campsite where everyone gets along, and our teenagers had the best holiday ever between the meetings and the entertainers. Small problem on arrival because there was a window on one of the beds... that said we were assigned another mobile home of the same category immediately after indicating the problem. Frankly very disappointed No activities on site and the campsite is overrun with mosquitoes. Impossible to stay outside on the terrace. The sea is located more than 600m away, unlike what is written in the advert, but the path to get there is pleasant. Pleasant campsite with a manager and a top team of entertainers! Very good reception and reactivity when problems encountered (quick intervention technician following air conditioning problem). Hello, Nothing to say about the accommodation! I have never had such a perfect accommodation! The pool is well supervised! A little noisy with the music too loud. The access to the beach is done by a nice path. A small downside, the cleaning that I was charged 65 €! While on my contract it is well indicated "optional service"! We had a great holiday and the pool complex is great and we enjoyed it. Just a few worries at the start of the mobile home where 2 legs of two bedsprings gave way. The same goes for the awning which, once opened, we had to call the reception to come and close it again. As a result, we did not use it anymore. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff who take care of the repairs and who were very reactive and operational. When we arrived after having travelled 950kms it was an unpleasant surprise to see the state of the mobile home for the price of the stay or I think we were entitled to have something else and even more so in this so-called covid period. Dust everywhere, fridge not cleaned, blood on mattress and aureoles of sweat and urine, panties under the sink in the master bedroom. Many problems on our arrival (blocked toilets, 2 mattresses out of date, cleaning not done, dirty dishes, missing or damaged cutlery, shower head leaking, 2 large cupboards condemned, parasol broken), which were 80% solved by the campsite team on Sunday morning (cleaning done, toilets unblocked, cutlery and glasses completed, duvets changed, as well as the shower head, parasol and 2 small unusable mattresses). We lost more than half a day waiting for the various repairs. But otherwise the bungalow is well placed in the campsite (quiet) and has a very large terrace very appreciable, a library is available. The campsite is pleasant with a large aquatic area and a very nice entertainment team! There is something for everyone: running, muscle strengthening with music, aquagym, entertainment in the afternoons and evenings (with a stop at 11:30 pm for everyone's rest), and a club for the children.Lire la suite

This is the second year that we have been there and we are satisfied with the campsite.this year the accommodation was not as good as last year but still very pleasant.there were water leaks at the sink in the toilet that my husband had to repair and in the bathroom no siphon so it leaks, in the furniture I had to put a container. As for the housework, I wonder if it's done? apart from maybe a sweep. But we had a great holiday, and plan to return soon.Lire la suite

Very good campsite, ideal for children of all ages. The pool complex is clean and with sun loungers always available... Which is rare !!! The staff is top at all levels...
