This apartment is like a two-sided room. The first is the living area, with a beautiful living room, a small but practical kitchen and a large balcony with a splendid view. The other side, the other side of the coin, is the sleeping area. The bedroom with the double bed, has a single-glazed window and a partition with surely the minimum possible acoustic insulation, which overlooks the stairwell/elevator shaft. As a result, all the noise from neighbors, people and elevators going up and down totally prevented a full night's sleep. In our case, we stayed during the week of August 15, so we had a lot of people coming back late from the city, neighbors with a small child and a dog, not to mention the 7 a.m. cleaning crew... the result: exhausted... I'm not talking about the lack of thermal insulation (we spent 2 nights at over 25 degrees, and since we can't open the bedroom windows for reasons above...). The second room, on the other hand, overlooks an outside passageway, and despite the noise of the neighborhood and people who don't pay attention to the neighbors, makes for a just decent night's sleep...
