Disappointing apart from the friendliness of the reception staff and the setting. Dirty accommodation - we had to clean and wash the dishes (the LV had to be changed) - we found dirty handkerchiefs and bandages, a prescription with medicines (Lamaline), earrings etc... . Apartment small for 6 (no place to hang ski jackets and put après ski..the table is broken (known to the owner) there is carpeting in S to M and no vacuum cleaner.(at reception) .

Spacious, pleasant accommodation. The pool is very well maintained, and showers and changing rooms are available. The residence staff are very pleasant and available. They listen to our needs and are quick to help if we have any problems. The residence's location is a little off-center. When the nearby TS works, it's no problem, but when it's closed, it's more complicated to get to the resort center and the slopes.

Beautiful apartment, good volume, apart from the damaged/stained carpet, everything else is in good condition, the welcome is good, and the little extra, the fresh bread in the morning in the residence, top notch. Not forgetting Niky's waffles. Lots of great walks

Very good stay, just a small downside: it's a shame that the lift is right next to the pool entrance, lots of water coming out of it! Great idea to have the baker in the entrance every morning!

We were 2 adults in 1 apartment for 5 people so ........ very comfortable. We had the chance to be on the top floor so NICE VIEW. The reception is very warm and at the service of the guests FELICITATIONS to MARINE and her colleague. All 2 with the listening. BRAVO ..... do not change anything. Only one REMARK concerning the COMFORT : it is IMPERATIVE to change the BED : DEPLORABLE STATE.

Stay of 7 days to 4 in an apartment dedicated to 6 people. It was not necessary to be more. Apart from a few false notes (dirty and damaged carpet and sofa at the end of its life, poor quality bedding) everything was great from a quality/price point of view. The apartment is quite well insulated, the little children's corner is great and the balcony is nice. The relaxation area is a plus but the hammam smells bad and the jacuzzi was not working. Too bad. We still enjoyed the pool. The resort is VERY nice, you can find everything. I recommend but only with a discount. If I paid full price I would be very disappointed.
