no room for mobile car very dark due to tree entrance door with daylight at bottom very disappointed

we noticed that the plancha was very dirty when we arrived. The cleaning was done by the campsite within 24 hours. On the other hand, there was a fiber failure for 7 days, so my 4G package on my phone was lost! The wifi connection was a major factor in my choice of locasun. This campsite isn't worth 4 stars, the pitches are small and there's no room for a car. Mobile homes not soundproofed and too close to each other. Only the entertainment was good. Water was wasted on lukewarm water for showers at a time when we need to save water. We had a fire in the electricity terminal right next to the mobile home and near the gas bottles... is this normal? No toaster or kettle because not enough mooring space. If I could have cancelled the stay I would have !!! The first day was hellish, with an interminable wait for check-in! We had the possibility to park near our mobile home on paper but in reality impossible !!! The first night I had to park in a neighbor's space! Door handle with blood, dirty bed filled with dust for one, dirty pillow but also housing absolutely not soundproof so I heard all the neighborhood! When I went to get the information, I was surprised to see that I wasn't the only one, and far from it, a queue of complaints beat me to it! The staff being aggressive and under pressure!
