Neighbors screaming and banging on mobile home windows at 3am! The pool was supposedly heated but frozen, the whirlpool didn't work, and finally we were kicked out of the pool at 2pm because someone had pooped in it and they were evacuating everyone! So here's a summary of our weekendLire la suite

The people at reception and cleaning the mobile homes are really very professional, kind and attentive. On the other hand, the other staff find it hard to say hello! On the other hand, if the campsite is quiet during the week, in school holidays, it's not the case at weekends, especially with the neighbors of pitch 319, who feel that as owners they can do as they please, even after security asked them to stop making noise at 12.30 a.m.! Dirty and ageing mobile home, non-conforming equipment (no plancha, insufficient crockery for 8 people), missing items in the fridge, huge snag in the freezer, hole in the bathroom door, a bedroom door that doesn't close, despite a not very discreet repair attempt....), no gas on our arrival, nails sticking out of the cleats on the terrace.... I'm not even talking about the lack of security in the campsite, the lack of light in the aisles, the green swimming pool (several people got sick...). Pleasant campsite, well located, but lacks infrastructure, pools too cold, no supervision. Some holidaymakers are disrespectful, leaving diapers lying around and not picking up after their dogs... a shame for a 4-star campsite. In their defense, the campsite lacks waste garbage cans. Positive points: well placed campsite close to everything and correct mobile home Negative points : no supervision, dirty pool (people smoke near the water, cigarette butts and other garbage lying around, no footbaths or slides). overcrowded. Overall pleasant stay,..... except for a few annoyances. Fridge without light. We were far from reception and the pool. The pool area was a mess, no lifeguard, no security guard. No hygiene. A great, unforgettable family holiday. This campsite is great, with 3 swimming pools, 1 tennis court, 1 soccer pitch, 1 bar/restaurant, 1 mini-market. You don't even have to go by car, everything's on foot. We had the funfair 10 minutes away on foot, the sea 650m. I recommend 2000%.Lire la suite

New housing, spacious and well laid out, reactivity of intervention for a plug which did not function. Very quiet, very complete playground, many games for all ages. Beautiful Californian pool, a little cold. On the other hand, disappointed by the covered and heated pool, not very suitable for children (height 1m60), very average maintenance, used deckchairs, average capacity. The Californian pool is the best. Very good prices at the grocery store with baguette and pastries. Having stayed in 4* campsites we expected better. Welcome to review, non-existent equipment, no pedestrian walkways, bungalows piled up and dirt on the ground .... With small children, it is impossible for them to stay clean for very long or even for the laundry to be hung out with dust. The photos are much more attractive than in reality. Especially for the Californian swimming pool which promised a large aquatic and heated area.... Very small, slides... no comment! And the water was more than cold! I am not cold ..... impossible to put more than the feet... too bad! The staff at the end of the stay is unpleasant ... handing over of the keys planned at 12:30: 1st passage at 11:00 (they were ahead of time) second at 11:30 with the added bonus of a reflection: so it's not over?! Remark from me telling them that an appointment at 12:30 is 12:30! Displeasure of the 2 women! In short, 3* would be more appropriate, on the whole we were well, but too bad for some points announced not respected (if the parents intend to leave the children to the animators / started by finding the animators! )Lire la suite

Mobile home to avoid. Designed for 8 people but only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Concerning the shower no pressure and no hot water despite our report. 4 girls with long hair super convenient. Far from the beach with small children not great. Positive point of animations every evening, swimming pool with slide, waiter bar and sympathetic restaurant.
