Lovely residence with a very pleasant team, but few on-site facilities (playground condemned, ageing pools with tiles coming off, no entertainment). However, there are shops, including a supermarket next door. The main drawback was that the accommodation was not air-conditioned: the heat in the mezzanine was suffocating, so it wasn't great for sleeping! It's a real shame because the accommodation was large and functional, with plenty of storage space and a private outside area.Lire la suite

Our stay was very pleasant, the accommodation is functional and quite spacious. The only drawback is that the basic equipment should include 1 or 2 fans, given the heat in the region. The residence is also pleasant and the 2 swimming pools are clean and spacious enough despite the frequentation. The welcome was perfect and our questions were quickly answered. Very happy with our stay. Very warm welcome, very friendly and understanding staff. Clean, quiet accommodation not far from the shops (it's not in the hilltop village, but down the road, and for golf lovers, there's a golf course opposite). I only put 3 stars on the accommodation because the velux could not be opened with the curtain slackened but we learned that they are in the process of changing. We changed accommodation and in the other it was the fridge that was out of order but if the previous tenants hadn't reported it that couldn't have been guessed....Lire la suite

we deplore the reception service which was not perfect. In spite of the hours indicated for the opening of the reception, this one is practically all the time closed (?) We must systematically phone to have an information! Moreover, the deposit check could not be returned to us at the end of the stay, precisely because of the closing of the reception. Although the person implicitly told us (on the phone) that she would send us a proof of destruction of the check, it was not done. This is not NORMAL. We have respected the rules of our stay, it is up to you to respect yours for the satisfaction of the customer. We are not sure that we will ever use your company again for a vacation rental. Very good stay, very pleasant staff, welcoming, smiling, reactive because we were missing the coffee maker on our arrival and they were very reactive as soon as we told them. The only small drawback that we encountered is the level of cleanliness, arrived late on Saturday, I did the cleaning on Sunday normal because we have a dog, but what was my surprise, a diaper user under a bed, a book of child and full of small pieces of toys under the sofa, it is not your fault, but I do not know if the person who was before us had gone through you for the rental? and if it had taken option household, in any case very dusty, we who make the maximum to leave a clean apartment for the next tenants apparently it is not the case for everyone, on the other hand for the terrace the owner has small work to be made because the wall of separation of the apartments completely take off from the wall, leak at the level of tap outside and room on this side there, but as we were not there, I can say to you that I cleaned the inside but not this side of the outside. The reception was very pleasant, fortunately, because the accommodation and the facilities leave something to be desired. The swimming pool is too small for the number of residents (very many) and there are not enough facilities for children. The hours 10am - 7pm should be reviewed ....!? No deckchairs or parasol in the accommodations. Interior equipment is non-existent or broken..... Cleanliness is not their strong point.... I should have trusted the reviews.... So before all the staff and nice and efficient, unfortunately they do with the means of the edge, all the accommodations are surely not the same, for our part the terrace was in the sun from 8am to 6pm and this year with peaks at 38 - degrees it was hard despite the umbrella that we were provided. we spent two weeks in the residence "les bastides" of course there are always "small things" to improve but personally we spent a pleasant stay with a SUPER HOME at the last moment we were able to change housing to take larger (impossible with the booking platform) spacious housing clean with comfort (dishwasher!!) the bedding in good condition for 3 ADULTS we had enough dishes, it lacked only a cover for microwave (but not delivered simply) and two bathrooms a great comfort!) the bedding in very good condition for 3 ADULTS we had enough dishes, it just lacked a cover for the microwave oven (but not delivered simply) and two bathrooms a great comfort!!..., close to shops and bcq of visits in very beautiful villages to do tourrettes, mons fayence seillans not far from grasse not far from the coast we keep a good memory of this place and thank you to the team I do not speak of the pool because we did not have time to "dip"!Lire la suite

The residence is very well located to visit the region but it would need a good blow of renovation, paintings facades dirty and sad, pergolas torn off on quite a lot of houses, garbage area and dirty laundry. Inside the house, the cleaning was very superficial (minons on the floor and under the beds, hair on the floor and the radiators, toilet completely scaled and badly smelling spots bathrooms and bedsides hs, joint of the door of the oven hs ....) It is the 1st time that I am disappointed by a rental taken by your intermediary and I already made some... The inventory of fixtures at the time of the taking of rent on this residence seems to me obligatory and alas that was not the case, I am however not of the race of the grumblers usually !!!! Good welcome, but the accommodation leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and environment: Blind of the velux in a room nailed, impossible to open, the velux being the only source of light Toilet garbage can not emptied, shower tray with hair, toilet paper holder half dismantled, toilet door lock does not close, switch of a bedside lamp out of order, missing bulbs on mezzanine wall lamp and bedside lamp. No salad spinner, bucket in trash can missing, no kettle, no toaster. The spinner, kettle and toaster were provided by the reception, but the toaster had to be held down to toast the bread! new toaster and trash cans should arrive after our departure. Garden part of the rental property left abandoned, with high grass and brambles 2 masks dragged on the path leading to our accommodation. Despite 3 visits from the staff, 2 weeks later, the masks were still there! Bazaar in the close environment in the gardens occupied by the owners living in the year.Lire la suite

Good evening, I rent quite regularly with Locasun but for the first time, the rental really disappointed us. We left after 3 days because the accommodation and its immediate surroundings are depressing, not at all in relation with the photos published on the site. Fortunately, we were only 2 in an accommodation planned for 6 because the equipment is largely insufficient and old-fashioned. Moreover, a greenish color covers all the walls and it is frankly sad and of bad taste. You can cross this rental out of your catalog!
